With Transkriptor’s Summary Templates, you can instantly generate structured summaries tailored to your needs, choosing from specialized templates for sales, marketing, education, and more, or creating your own custom template. These AI-powered templates allow you to automatically extract key points and action items, turn lengthy transcriptions into clear, concise summaries, and boost efficiency and collaboration with AI-driven insights. Go to the completed transcription and find the Notes section on the left side.
From the Notes section, select one of the most commonly used templates. For more specific needs, click on See All Templates or Template Library buttons. You can also access the list of templates by clicking on an empty line and pressing the space bar.
The AI will automatically generate a summary based on the template you select.
Open the Template Library to explore a variety of AI templates.
Hover over the template you want to customize and click the Preview button.
Click the Customize button in the upper right corner to view and edit the predefined sections and instructions.
To edit sections as needed, hover over a section.
Click the Rename icon to change the section title.
Click the trash icon to delete a section.
Click on the instruction line to edit the content.
Use the "+" icon to add a new section.
Drag and drop sections to rearrange them as needed.
When you save your customized template, it will be available under My Templates on the left sidebar, ready for use.
Open the Template Library to explore a variety of AI templates.
Hover over the template you want for quick future access, then click the star ︎ icon to add it to My Favorites.
You can also add templates to your favorites by clicking the star icon while in Template Preview mode.
3. Now you can quickly access your favorite templates and use them with just one click.
Open the Template Library and click the Create New Template button at the bottom left to create a new template.
Enter a name for your template by clicking rename icon.
To enter a section name, hover over the section and click the rename icon. Type your instructions in the field provided.
Use the "+" icon to add a new section.
Make sure all sections are filled before saving.
When you save your customized template, it will be available under My Templates on the left sidebar, ready for use.
If the result doesn't meet your preference, you can regenerate or delete specific blocks.
Simply drag and drop blocks to order them as needed.
Click inside any block to edit the text or add new content. Use "/" or "Space" to access additional commands for quick formatting and customization.
Press Space on your keyboard in an empty block to ask specific questions about the transcription and start an AI Chat. The AI’s responses will be automatically added as new blocks within the AI Notes section.
Click the Download icon, select your preferred file format (Word or TXT), and download your AI Notes instantly.
