Delete Transkriptor account

At Transkriptor, we provide full control over your account. You can permanently delete your account at any time. For more details on data privacy and security, read our Transkriptor Commitment to Security & Privacy article.

About deleting your account

If you have an active paid subscription, please cancel your subscription before deleting your account to disable auto-renewal. Deleting your account does NOT automatically cancel your subscription.

1. Log in to your Transkriptor account and click on your profile settings in the left navigation menu.

2. Under My Account, click Delete Account.

3. Select a reason for account deletion and click Continue.

4. Verify your account details, enter your password, and click Continue.

5. Click Continue again to confirm the deletion.

When your Transkriptor account is deleted, all data—including transcriptions, notes, settings, recordings, and account details—will be permanently erased and cannot be recovered. We strongly recommend backing up any important data before proceeding.
