View your payment history and invoices/receipts

Click on your profile settings in the left navigation menu.

Navigate to the Billing section. You can view your past payments under the Payment History heading.

Download your invoice/receipt

To download your invoice in Transkriptor, click the Get Invoice button.
In the pop-up window that appears, click the “+” icon and fill in the required billing details:

• Full Name

• Tax ID (required if the invoice is for a company)

• Billing Address

After entering and saving your information, you’ll be able to download your updated invoices easily.

If the "Payment History" heading is not visible, it indicates that your payment was processed through Paddle, and the invoice has already been automatically sent to the email associated with your account. You can find it by searching for "help@paddle.com" in your inbox.

If you purchased your Transkriptor subscription through the iOS App Store or Google Play, your invoice or receipt will be available through the platform where the purchase was made.

Transkriptor cannot issue receipts for payments made through third-party platforms. Please refer to the respective store for billing details.

If you no longer have access to the email linked to your Transkriptor account or can’t remember which email you used, you can still get your past invoices by contacting Transkriptor Support and sharing the last 4 digits of your card, its expiration date, the last transaction amount, and the transaction date for verification. Once confirmed, the support team will help you retrieve your billing records.
