Supported Payment Methods
Transkriptor accepts a wide range of secure and convenient payment options, including:
Credit/Debit Cards
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Japan Credit Bureau (JCB) and more…
Digital Wallets:
PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link and more…
Update Payment Methods
Click on your profile settings from the left navigation menu.
Go to the Billing section.
Click the Change Card button next to your current payment method.
Enter your new credit card details to update your payment method.
Your payment info will be saved securely for future transactions.
If you don’t see the Payment Method option in your Transkriptor account, it means your payments are processed through Paddle. In that case, go to the Paddle customer portal at https://customer-portal.paddle.com/login/cpl_01j19qrh1j84c7mzwp9254vvqj. Enter your email address and click Sign In. You’ll receive an email with instructions to access your account. Once logged in, click Payment Method from the left-hand panel to manage or update your payment details.
