You can cancel your Transkriptor subscription at any time, and your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel them manually.
Deleting your Transkriptor account or uninstalling the app does not cancel your subscription.
To avoid being charged again, make sure to cancel at least 24 hours before your next billing date.
After cancellation, your paid plan will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.
Please note that the remaining days of your subscription are non-refundable.
Log in to your Transkriptor account.
Click the Settings icon next to your profile name on the left-side navigation.
Go to the Billing section under the General tab.
Click on Change Plan.
Select the Free – 90 Minutes plan.
Click Continue and follow the prompts to confirm your cancellation.
