The minutes you receive with your Transkriptor subscription are valid for 1 month from the date your subscription starts or renews.
For example, if you subscribed on January 23, you can use your minutes until February 23. On that date, any unused minutes will reset to zero, and fresh minutes will be added to your account for the next cycle (February 23 – March 23).
Unused minutes do not roll over to the following month. This applies to both monthly and yearly subscription plans—regardless of your billing cycle, your minutes always refresh monthly.
To find out your exact renewal date, simply add 1 month to the day your subscription began.
If you run out of minutes before your renewal date and don’t want to wait, you can upgrade instantly to a higher-minute plan by paying only the price difference.
