Connect Zoom Account with Transkriptor

1. Go to the Calendar tab in the left-side navigation menu

Alternatively, on the Transkriptor Homepage, navigate Meetings card and click Connect Zoom Account button.

The email address linked to your Google or Microsoft account does not have to match the email used for your Transkriptor account.

2. Log in to your Zoom account. Then, allow to grant Transkriptor permission to access your account.

Transkriptor’s AI Meeting Assistant requires certain Zoom permissions—such as viewing meetings, recordings, participants, user and calendar details, past events, and access keys—to function properly and deliver personalized, automated meeting analysis and summaries for a more efficient experience.

3. Once connected, you will be redirected back to transkriptor site and you will see your zoom app will appear as connected.

4. Whenever you start a Zoom meeting, the Transkriptor Meeting Asistant will automatically join the session.

5. As soon as the meeting ends, it will be transcribed automatically.

Access Transkriptor Dashboard in Zoom Workplace

1. Open the Zoom app on your device.

2. From the top menu, click the Apps section.

3. In the dropdown list, select the Transkriptor app.

4. Now, you will see the Transkriptor dashboard right inside your Zoom Workplace.

5. You can access the Transkriptor app at any time during your Zoom meeting by clicking the Apps icon on the bottom toolbar.
